Implement to save only the host information function on CM

Description

It is needed save only function as recent fixed of CQB without connecting or testing connection.

Task - A task that needs to be done. TOOLS-1250 Remove the auto commit mode on the connection dialog >> was restored and improved to notificate commit state with the mesage ticker on top of the toolbar.

  • Minor - Minor loss of function, or other problem where easy workaround is present.
  • Closed - The issue is considered finished, the resolution is correct. Issues which are closed can be reopened.

please check TOOLS-1250 issue. CM/CQB of new version will not be supported "auto commit" checkbox.
