Support sql tuning mode

Description

Now, CM/CQB can be used to collect statistics and query plan.
But, it will be collected by separated way.
I think, the follow process is good way easy to use.
If tune button is toggled, the query editor show statistics and query and query plan at once whenever it is running.

1. click tuning mode as shown image TOOLS-1217-1.PNG on the toolbar of the query editor
2. input a query
3. run a query
4. then you can see statistics and query plan on log pane as shown image TOOLS-1217-2.PNG
5. and also query plan message can be shown on the query plan tab
