Improve export and import data dialog，Add txt file type

Now, it can not be work well with all of options.

And, please check "null_passwd.PNG" file.
It is shown password on the dialog.
Please replace **** with passwords on the dialog.
When exporing file, it should be exported real password.

If some parameter is null, it is also shown the null string on the dialog.

Please check "ext_list.PNG" file.
It is shown as .txt, *.xls, *.xlsx, *..
But, I think it should be ordered as follows.
.xls, *.txt, *.
And it has not different between *.xlsx and *.xls, please remove *.xlsx options.

*.txt 방식을 이용할 때, Split by에는 1 character 이상이 입력 가능해야 합니다.
예를들어,
\t {TAB}으로 구분된 txt 파일을 import하거나 export하려고할 때,
\t를 입력해야합니다.

\t를 입력할 경우

9\t232\t123
처럼 출력되는 것이 아니라,

9 232 123
처럼 출력되어야 합니다.

*.txt 방식은 csv와는 달리 "로 감싸지 않도록 하고 단순히 입력한 구분자로만 구분하도록 하는 게 좋습니다.

用*.txt方式时，Split by上要能够输入1 character 以上。
例如，想要import或export以\t {TAB}来分隔的txt文件时
要输入\t。

输入\t后

不应该显示成
9\t232\t123

而是要显示成
9 232 123。

*.txt 方式不要与csv不同，不要用“来包含而是简单的用分隔符进行分隔即可。
