Regression on CM8.4.1.2202

1 Add view,trigger,serial,store procedure, autoplan
2 Login by public

Actual result:
serial, auto plan can see the name.
view trigger, store procedure cannot see the name.
Shall we let the serial, auto plan can be deal as trigger or store procedure.

Q1 Now can see the serial name, but cannot see its content. is it the requirement of user.
