Add a right click menu on Defined SQL parameter value table

Description

Add a right click menu on Defined SQL parameter value table,only use this menu show the large value dialog,in other situation use the normal input
Date/Datetime/Timestamp stay the same

Test step
1.open Execute difined SQL dialog ,input a right difined SQL
2.set one parameter to large type (STRING,blob,length > 50 char)
3.left click on a parameter value table cell who's type is large value,check whether the large value dialog doesn't be shown(old version is to be shown),then right click at the same cell,check whether the large value menu is enable and then click the menu the large value dialog is shown
