New feature of can replace type to column when execute defined SQL

Description

When execute defined SQL,user can set the parameter type to column instead of type ,then auto set the selected column type to the parameter type

Test step
1.create a defined SQL (select/insert/update/delete)
2.chek whether the parameter type combo contains the table's column
3.set the parameter type to the corresponding column then execute the defined SQL,check whether the result is right

Regression in CM8.4.1.2201
Choose one table, click insert by input value. the column name hasn't display default.

After click analyse, it will display.

Expect result:
It can display default.
