      The exception message is not accurate when call Transaction.Rollback when the connection is closed

      Repro Steps:

       try
                      {
                          conn.Close();
                          transaction2.Rollback();
                      }
                      catch (Exception ex)
                      {
                          Assert.AreEqual("Connection must be valid and open to rollback transaction!", ex.Message);
                      }
      

      Expected Reults:
      the exception message should be "Connection must be valid and open to rollback transaction!"

      Actual Results:
      the exception message is "Connection must be valid and open to commit transaction!"
